Super well manered and welcoming staff, clean and safe! The carbonated spring was cool! The freshener spray was nice ! The hitech toilet was fun to try. They managed with sign language and written instruktions

The staff were very accomodating and helpful. With a good distance away from the noisy train station, but close enough to travel when needed. The best parts about my stay was enjoying the public bath during late nights and strolling down the street to gaze the tokyo tower whenever.

The staff was kind and it was a good deal for the price. The things I enjoyed the most were the hot spring, amenities for ladies and the pillow options.

the room was more spacious then other rooms we had stayed in Tokyo for the two of us. breakfast n onsen was nice!

staff were very accommodating, breakfast was lovely and lots of choice, really close for Tokyo tower which we walked to on a couple of evenings to enjoy dinner
